Advisory Framework.
These represent the mechanical parameters under which we advise B2B firms. They protect the proprietary knowledge architectures we build for clients, manage service delivery structures, and define core operational responsibilities.
Operating scope & compliance structures.
1. Scope of Advisory Services
Damulo provides specialized consulting, tech architecture audit support, schema injection deployment, generative engine optimization, and ongoing AI Presence management advisory (together, the “Services”).
We do not act as web developers, marketing copywriters, or PR agencies. Our advice is limited explicitly to configuring metadata pathways, JSON-LD schema architectures, factual token density, and crawler visibility setups.
2. 10-day AI Visibility Diagnostic Audits
The AI Visibility Audit is a fixed-investment, fixed-scope diagnostic delivered over ten (10) consecutive business days following project initiation.
Payment of the (£2,950) fee is required in full before diagnostic launch. Deliverables include competitive share-of-voice data simulations, a detailed technical schema error index, and atomic credential suggestions. The engagement completes entirely upon receipt of the diagnostic outcome document.
3. Presence Management Retainers & Onboarding Caps
Ongoing monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Retainer engagements require a minimum initial term of three (3) months, after which they roll month-to-month and can be terminated on thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Because client onboarding is strictly capped at three (3) new firms per calendar quarter to protect advisor bandwidth, we do not authorize temporary suspensions or post-payment refunds for unused hours during an active cycle.
4. Intellectual Ownership of Schema Architectures
All JSON-LD blocks, DOM modifications, structural index formats, and static markdown payloads engineered specifically for you become your sole corporate property upon settlement of all corresponding fees.
Any proprietary simulator systems, RAG analysis frameworks, auditing APIs, or benchmarking software utilized during service execution remain the exclusive intellectual workspace of Damulo Ltd.
5. Third-Party model Limitations (RAG disclaimer)
Critical System Factor: AI retrieval frameworks, search agents, and model directories are owned and operated by separate third parties (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Meta).
Damulo cannot guarantee exact citation ranking results or absolute placement within external model summary boxes. We write highly clean, structurally optimized schema indexes to satisfy model retrieval standards; the ultimate model response depends on the proprietary search agent algorithm weights which degrade or shift independently of Damulo.
